Transitioning to a new school and community can be overwhelming for parents and students, alike. New Family Connections is designed for those who are new to the area, new to the US or any parent who just feels that they have a lot of questions about high school life.

This program hosts parent meet-ups about once a month where they do different activities such as gentle hikes, lunch breaks and coffee meet ups. The attendees are a mix of new high school parents and those who are more experienced and is a great place to get all your questions answered! While these events are sponsored by the New Family Connections, anyone is welcome to come.
