We partner with Huntington Learning Center to offer mock (practice, previously released) SAT and ACT exams.
This gives students the chance to experience a full-length, proctored exam in a practice setting designed to mirror real test conditions—building confidence and providing valuable feedback on strengths and areas for improvements. All proceeds support the Issaquah High PTSA.

Mock Test Details
Scores Back Session
Families are invited to an optional informative Scores Back Session led by Huntington Learning Center. Students receive their score report (emailed in advance) with category breakdowns to highlight strengths and weaknesses. The session also explains how SAT/ACT scores are used in the college admissions process.

What are the ACT and SAT? PSAT?
The ACT and SAT are standardized tests that some colleges use in their admissions process. The official SAT is usually offered at Issaquah High each spring (registration information will be shard in the IHS Weekly Bulletin).
The PSAT / NMSQT (Preliminary SAT) is taken by all 10th and 11th graders at Issaquah High each fall during the school day. It also serves as the qualifying exam for the National Merit Scholarship Program.
Please note: PTSA's mock exams are practice-only and do not count as official ACT, SAT or PSAT scores.
