Teacher Classroom Fund
The PTSA can reimburse up to $100 for classroom expenses. Complete the Reimbursement Form and send it to IHPTSATreasurer@gmail.com by April 30. Requests are processed as first come, first serve and may be capped according to our approved budget.
Examples of eligible items include books, supplies, posters, prizes, and guest speakers. Travel, hotel costs, or teaching credential fees cannot be reimbursed. Staff can combine reimbursements for larger purchases, just let the PTSA Treasurer know.
Grants
The PTSA reviews grant applications year-round for items, programs, or activities that support our mission. Visit the Grants section for details, guidelines, and the application form.
Event Support for Students
We want every student to be able to participate in PTSA programs. If cost is a challenge—for events like Mock ACT/SAT tests, Senior Yard Signs, or the All-Night Grad Party—the PTSA may be able to help. Staff can request assistance on a student’s behalf, or share our email (ihptsapresidents@gmail.com) with families.
Monthly Staff Breakfasts
Each month, the PTSA hosts a breakfast for staff before the staff meeting. Our Hospitality Committee organizes the spread, made possible by generous contributions from families. It’s our way of saying thank you for all you do.
Staff Appreciation Week
Each May, the PTSA celebrates our staff with a week of appreciation! From treats to small surprises, this is our way of saying thank you for all the hard work and dedication you bring to our school community.
Staff Profile Pages
The staff profile pages displayed outside classrooms, offices, and work areas are created thanks to PTSA volunteers. If we don’t have volunteers for this program in a given year, profiles may not be updated. If you need one, email us at ihptsapresidents@gmail.com.
